This polyester
mineral finished roof is used for regular access to electricity supply rooms
and was finished with promenade tiles and a safety handrail.
The roof itself has been vented to prevent condensation building both in the
roof void between the ceiling and the timber decking and to prevent "bubbling"
from vapour within the roofing substrate.
The entire project, including the handrail, was carried out by Alderman
Roofing within strict project and architectural guidelines for
the client.
