Flat Roofing system is rarely used these days as most clients prefer the convenience
(and price!) of polyester torch-on systems. However, Alderman
Roofing offer this service ranging from low cost systems to high
specification architect designed roofs...
The standard
traditional system uses 3 layers of glass fibre felt built up using oxidised
bitumen, with the top layer finished in either limestone chippings, solar
reflective paint or green mineral.
We are also expert in supplying and fixing high tensile built up systems with
varying degrees of specification including partial bonding, perforated mineral
underlays, polymer bitumens and insulation to name but a few.
